Meet one of our karting champions!

The 2023 Damon Hill Festival of Karting is on Wednesday 21 June. We are so excited to welcome teams to race, have fun, and raise money for halow project!

Returning this year is Raj Kular. She is a fantastic driver and has even competed in Formula Women.

She said, "This will be my second time participating in the annual Damon Hill karting challenge. I’m really excited to be co-captain for 'Apex Predators'. This is a team that Henry Walter (two-time Daytona Inkart champion) and I put together!

We’re both huge admirers of the classic days of F1 from the 80s and 90s. So, having the chance to race at our local track alongside Damon Hill, Perry McCarthy and other talented drivers, all in aid of the fantastic work that Halow do to support young adults fulfil their potential, is a no-brainer!

We both only began karting ourselves as adults in the past few years, so hopefully we can inspire others to give it a go, grow their passion for motorsport and perhaps unearth their own natural talent behind the wheel!"

In its 10th & year, the transformed Damon Hill Festival of Karting offers the same adrenaline-packed racing experience in conjunction with an enhanced trackside experience.

Racers and guests alike will relax in the Pitstop Lounge, a trackside marquee from where the 2.5 hour Le Mans-style endurance race can be viewed.

Stars and experts from the world of racing will be in conversation on the Pitstop Lounge stage throughout the afternoon. They will provide some fascinating insights into the world of racing and the strategies that make winners behind the wheel.

Please join us for an exciting day of karting, mingling with Damon Hill and other stars. Enjoy the combined thrill of racing with excellent cuisine and inspiring entertainment.
