Care
Welcome to a World of Possibility
At halow, our Care services empower young adults with learning disabilities and autism to live independent, fulfilling lives. Through our Independent Support Programme, individuals are supported over ten weeks to build confidence, set personal goals, and take practical steps towards independence—whether that means managing money, making friends, or preparing for employment or housing.
Our Supported Living services take that independence even further, offering young adults the chance to live in shared community homes across Surrey, with the support they need to cook, clean, socialise, and thrive. Together, these programmes create a pathway to a brighter, more self-directed future.

Supported Living
At halow, we make independent living a reality for young adults with learning disabilities and autism. What began as a dream for our founding families in 2006 is now a thriving programme — with five community houses across Surrey where young adults live together, build life skills, and gain real independence.
With the right support, our residents manage their own homes — from cooking and cleaning to budgeting and socialising. They grow in confidence, build friendships, and take control of their own lives.
Demand for our Supported Living programme continues to grow, and we’re proud to be expanding. By 2030, we aim to run 10 supported living houses across Surrey — opening up even more opportunities for young adults to live the independent lives they choose.

Independent Support Programme
Our Independent Support Programme (ISP) is designed to help young adults with learning disabilities and autism take meaningful steps towards a brighter, more independent future. Over ten weeks, participants receive tailored support to set personal goals and build the confidence and skills they need to achieve them.
Every journey is unique. For some, it’s about moving into their own home or finding a job. For others, it might be learning to manage money, build friendships, or simply feel more confident in themselves. Whatever the goal, our experienced team is here to guide and support each individual every step of the way.
Many young adults who complete the ISP go on to achieve things they once thought impossible — gaining independence, finding purpose, and creating the future they want.
