24 Mar Week Of Reflection: Day 3
This past year has been a struggle for all of us and like everyone, halow had to adapt quickly to a new way of providing services. Our number one aim has always been to support the young people in the best way possible, but it was especially important during these very uncertain and difficult times. halow has been working with young people online and because of our efforts we have received lots of lovely feedback. #thankyou
We were so happy to receive such a wonderful testimonial from Julie, a halow parent, that we had to share it with you.
“As a family, we just wanted to say thank you so much for all the online events you have organised throughout lockdown. Staying in touch with friends, keeping fit and having something to look forward each week have been lifelines in a year when many other services have stopped for young people with special needs and routines have been disrupted.
Your enthusiasm and ingenuity is amazing and your commitment to the young people you work for and with has been tireless. You are a great bunch, very inventive and generous in sharing much of it for free at this difficult time of financial instability.
That is why we wanted to give the halow project gift of £100. to say a huge THANK YOU from our family to you.” Julie, halow parent
Thank you so much Julie for your generous donation and your kind words.
