As this years Mental Health Awareness Week for 2019 has been body image, the Building Futures Group took some extra time this week to think about how to take care of their bodies as part of their weekly exercise gym and outdoor sessions.
The Building Futures Group linked up with different organisations within Guildford and Surrey to try some new experiences and learn from expert providers. Thanks to the support of the local community, the group has managed to complete this week’s project.
We look forward to providing more updates next week!
