Seaford College continued to support the halow project with a fantastic community event. On Saturday 17th May Seaford College Prep School played host to another fun packed Summer Fair to raise awareness and funds for halow.
The fair, that took place from 2pm to 5pm on Lavington Park, was filled with halow supporters, pupils and parents. There was a huge variety of fun family fairground activities including a raffle, face painting, coconut shy, village stocks, sack racing and much more!
Before the event Gillian, a teacher from the prep school and halow250 cyclist, said, “We look forward to welcoming the wider community to our Summer Fair. There will be strawberries & cream, a Pimms tent, an inflatable assault course, face painting, welly throwing and a plant stall amongst other exciting activities. Families are invited to bring a picnic rug, enjoy some food & drink and have a fun afternoon relaxing and raising funds for halow.”
We want to say a huge thank you to Seaford College & Seaford College Prep School for all their hard work organising such a fabulous event. Everyone had fun and the sun kept shining.
