halow project staff, young people and Patron, Damon Hill OBE, attended the 2013 BGC Charity Day. Originally set up to commemorate the 658 Cantor employees lost in the 9/11 World Trade Center attacks, Charity Day has expanded to assist charitable causes worldwide.
The day involved celebrities, representing a wide range of organisations, making high value trades with companies all around the world and the profits going to charity. As Damon hit the trading floor to make phone trades the young people met all manner of celebrity including Ronnie Wood, Jimmy Carr and David Hasselhoff. Check out our galleries page to see who else was there.
It was a highly entertaining day at the London office and halow are extremely grateful to recieve donations from such an iconic event. For more information visit: www.bgccharityday.com
