On the 10th of August Jack Stevens, Tom Stevens, Laurence Wheatley and Joshua Pearson embarked on the biggest challenge of their lives as the cycled across Europe through five capital cities all to raise much needed funds and awareness for their two chosen charities The halow project and Heads Together.
They cycled unaided over 1000 miles, raising over £1000 for halow. Starting in London the group headed for their second capital city, Paris, from there they travelled north to Brussels, on to Amsterdam and crossing their finish line in Berlin. Jack who organised the ride commented, "It was gruelling, draining and mentally exhausting but one of the best things that I have ever done. I can't stress enough how incredible it feels to complete such a huge adventure, especially when you know that an amazing charity like The halow project is going to benefit from your efforts. I hope that other young people are inspired to support local charities and give up some of their energy and time for worthy causes."
We would like to thank the whole team for their amazing efforts in this inspiring challenge and in raising vital funds for the halow project.
