ARTGU’s young people had an enjoyable and informative day at Philip’s UK headquarters in Guildford recently. It was amazing what was covered during the day and will prove to be immensely useful to any of the young people who want to include this in their CV when looking for work.

Stars from the world of motor sport turned out in record breaking heat yesterday at Daytona Sandown Park to put young people with a learning disability in the driving seat and raise over £20,500 of vital funds for halow at the Damon Hill Karting Challenge 2017.

The sixth year of the halow250 came to a triumphant end on Sunday 30 April as 110 cyclists made their way to Guildford to complete the final leg of the annual cycle ride to raise money for the halow project.

Today’s ride saw the cyclists’ journey across France from St Malo to Caen completing a challenging 117 miles.  The riders enjoyed cycling parts of the famous Tour de France route, with beautiful views and picturesque French Countryside.
